The Amazon Milk Frog (Trachycephalus resinifictrix is a large species of frog native to South America. It is sometimes referred to as the Mission golden-eyed tree frog. It was first discovered along the Maracanã River, in Brazil.

The "milk" in the name comes from the milky colored fluid these frogs excrete when stressed.

Amazon milk frogs are fairly large frogs, reaching sizes of 2.5 to 4 inches in length. They are related to the poison arrow frog. Adult frogs are light grey in color with brown or black banding, while juveniles will exhibit stronger contrasts.
